Back from the field

It was a rough field season this year in West Texas. We had hordes of mosquitoes, high heat and humidity, and some really nasty storms.

No ancient ruins, no Thetas, nothing worse than daily rattlesnakes.

I happy with the response that The Madness Engine seems to be getting. Thanks to everyone who is reading it.

Once I've recovered from field work, I promise to get back to writing!

Kees Bijker I am sure it is all our pleasure to be reading the 3rd of the Tebrey series. When you get back to writing I hope it will continue with Tebrey, I wish I knew the man personally. Reading your stories is the best alternative I can hope for.

Take care and don't step on ratlers.

Paul Spence Thanks,

I only stepped on a couple of snakes, and one scared bunny.

I was planning to take a break on work on an associated story, but inspiration struck and I started the next Tebrey novel.

It'll be a race to see which is finished first.

Kees Bijker Hi Paul,

That is great news as I just finished it. The ending just screams for another one but if there is an associated story that connects somehow, I will also be interested.

When I have more time I will leave a review on Amazon, where I got it from.

Take care,
p.s. snakes you can step on, only you are at risk. Bunnies are dodgy territory, you might alienate some of the more sensitive readers :-)
