My Droid X and Me

I never thought I would use any sort of electronic reader to read books.  And I still don't,  and never will, unless paper books go the way of the dodo.  My wife, father and mother all have Sony eReaders, but I will never give up my paper and ink books.  The fell of a book, the smell of a new book, being able to dog ear pages… they are part of the experience.  But I did find a use for the Kindle app on my Droid X: cheap and free short stories.  Being part of some horror forums, I have found many short story collections to download to my phone.   And I can also get samples to read before buying a physical book.   And this is perfect for those times when i just want to read something short while on the go: while in line at a store, while out to lunch, while at my parents house, and so on.  I will never use any e-reader, regardless of size, for full books, but I have found some purpose for the Kindle app on my Droid X.[image error]
