An Absolutely Amazing Review for Hard to Let Go!
I am so, so blown away by this review for Hard to Let Go from the amazing bloggers over at Fresh Fiction that I have to share it in its entirety! It’s spoiler free so read on with confidence! And oh my goodness, I thought Laura Kaye was going to slay me with HARD TO LET GO!
Amidst the claustrophobic and electric atmosphere that envelops the team as they anticipate another blow from their enemies, Kat Rixey, Nick’s little sister, joins her brothers and brothers-in-arms; her ex-boyfriend is stalking her and she needs to get away from him. What she had not bargained for was to connect with Beckett Murda; they’d had a tense relationship before. Beckett is angry, he’s always angry, he’s angry at everything, and learning why nearly broke my heart. But Kat is tough and as she stands up to him and doesn’t push him away, as he thought, Beckett realises that he has to rid himself of the dark echoes from his past if he is to have a life, and the unexpected help comes in the lovely form of Kat Rixey. And what solace it is! Ms. Kaye writes sex scenes like it’s nobody’s business, and the blistering chemistry between Kat and Becket will leave you panting and begging for more!
But. While romance is wreaking havoc with Beckett’s very soul, trouble with a capital T is brewing, and this is where Laura Kaye comes out with both barrels blazing! If you expected world-class action in HARD TO LET GO, think again and multiply that by ten! As stunning revelations are made, events unfurl at breakneck speed, and startling plot twists will leave you reeling; disclosures are made from unexpected sources, allies and foes are not necessarily whom we thought, nothing remains as it was, but will justice finally prevail? HARD TO LET GO has to be the most explosive conclusion to a series ever! Do not miss it at any cost!
