It's the first day of Christmas (I hope you're having a very merry one!), so here is the first of my twelve gifts to you. How festive. And on the first day of Christmas, what else would you give but a podcast in a directory? (That just about scans, right?)

OK, it's not quite ready to subscribe to in iTunes, but The Get Up to Speed podcast will get going in the New Year, with a few episodes comprising mostly interviews with people who contributed case studies to the book, plus some new cases.

It can take a short while to get a new podcast listed in iTunes – which is really the only podcast directory that matters. One of the things you'll need is a podcover – a 300 x 300 pixel image, such as the one above, to illustrate your podcast and make it stand out in iTunes.
