To develop the leader in you, believe there is a leader in you waiting to be developed

It’s time to develop the leader in you
No matter who you are, where you are, or what you have done, there is greatness in you, and there is a leader inside of you.
Believe it or not, there is a leader in you waiting to be developed.
Like an oak tree trapped in an acorn and a butterfly trapped in a cocoon, inside of you is a leader trapped in a follower.
To develop the leader in you, believe that there is a leader in you
If you don’t believe that there is a leader in you or you believe but you are not doing anything to develop the leader in you, you will go from your cradle to your casket passing through the cubicle along the way. You are like a precious gift that was never opened, a new car with full gas tank but zero mileage.

To believe is to have faith or confidence in truth of something or someone. You believe when you have a conviction that a person or a thing is. If you want to develop the leader in you, you must be convinced and be confident that you are a leader.
To develop the leader in you, surround yourself with people who believe in the leader in you
If you doubt the truth that there is a leader in you, surround yourself with people who believe in the leader in you and believe on their beliefs until your own beliefs kicks in.
In the movie “Unbroken,” Louis “Louie” Zamperini (portrayed by Jack O’Connell) was a mess when he was growing up. A smoker at age 5 and a drinker by 8, Louie was a disappointment to his parents.
One day, Louie was caught in one of his mischief, and runs. His brother Pete sees how fast he runs, and encouraged him to compete as a track and field athlete. Here is the conversation that went on between the two brothers:
Pete: “You can do this Louie, you just have to believe you can”
Louie: “I don’t believe”
Pete: “I do”
Sometimes you have to believe in someone else’s belief in you until your own belief kicks in —…

Encouraged by his brother’s belief in him, Zamperini finally joined the school’s track team and went on to become one of southern California’s top athletes, Olympic runner, a World War II bombardier, and hero because he has a brother who believes in him until his own belief kicks in.
