Apologies for iPhone glitch
So sorry guys, my iPhone went a bit glitchy after I went away (well, so has everything else at the moment! Appliances in my house are blowing up on a daily basis!) So far iPhone, iPod, iMac, ay carumba! ... kettle, bike, fuses let���s just hope that���s the lot!
If you sent me a text message and I didn���t reply please don���t think I was being rude and please do resend!
I know a few people messaged me about the Zumba Gold Toning class and so just FYI I have 4 spaces left for tonight and 2 pairs of sticks left to hire out!
Meditation for Angry People
Yes, it���s here! My new book!
I think a lot about anger as I struggle with it and use a lot of meditation techniques to keep me calm (or calmer at least than I would be without them!)
I wanted to share these with everyone as I know how destructive anger can be when it is turned inward or expressed poorly and I really hope this book can help people around the world.
This is the ���back cover���:

I am sorry if I surprised any of you with some of my comments; this holiday was as much of a test as a rest, hopefully I will have more positive stories to tell you next time!
