"Jasmyn" by Alex Bell

JasmynJasmyn by Alex Bell
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What a good surprise!

I pick this book because it mentioned king Ludwing and after my visit to Germany this summer I must confess that this king won it's place in my imaginary. (For those who don't know him, Google it! You must!)

For me, the most curious thing about this book was the extraordinary resemblance that I found between Alex Bell way of telling stories and my own books.
The writing it's completely different because the book was written in the first person with Jasmyn telling the story, but the all rest... the fast speed of the events, the curiosity that kept me glued to the book, the mystery, the "keep guessing"... it was unexpected for me.

About the book, I like it very much (my 5 stars say it all).
Though I'm not a fan of first person stories, all the others "plus" in the book made me forget that.
I enjoy reading it all the way.

In the end, there where some things that where missing answers and left some holes in the story.
For example: How Liam managed to stole the swansong? Why did Luke spared Liam's life by the lake?
They were little details but nonetheless important ones.

Very nice book, recommend to all.
