Humpday Goodness: Cheesy Doritos Chicken

I'm not a big fan of cooking. Maybe it's because I work in a kitchen for a caterer during wedding seasons, or maybe it's because I have a tiny kitchen with a ridiculously small amount of counter space to work with.    My guess, though, would be that I'm lazy and cooking means clean up afterward.
