Vegan Austin Part 1

As I’m writing this, cool rain is sprinkling down outside. It couldn’t be a larger contrast from my week in a sunny, hot and humid Austin Texas. I’ll be showing you around vegan Austin in the next few posts. I want to go back and recommend you take a trip there when you can. It’s a great city to eat your way through!
