Department of Justice Unveils New On-line Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Complaint Form

The Department of Justice (DOJ)has just announced that individuals wishing to file Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) complaints with the DOJ will be able to fill out the form and submit it completely electronically.

Filers will also immediately receive a “reference number” that can be used whenever contacting the DOJ about that complaint.

Effective March 15, 2015, e-mail complaints will no longer be accepted by the DOJ.
