A couple of links with early reviews for Twice As Fatal:
Twice as Fatal is R. Weir’s third Jarvis Mann Detective novel. It is an engaging page-turner with an intricate plot and a wide variety of interesting characters. Weir weaves in characters and references from the prior Jarvis Mann books, however, each book can be thoroughly enjoyed as a stand-alone novel.
http://nerdgirlofficial.com/2015/05/2...R. Weir’s Jarvis Mann is a likable sort for a low rent P.I. He is someone you might know or meet at a cookout. He has wit and charm, but not too much. He can hold his own in a fight but does tend to get his ass kicked occasionally. The story has just enough twists and turns to keep you turning the pages.
