As far as I know, since the game is hosted on Google Play it has to abide by their content restrictions, so there are no outright dick-shots, ero-scenes, etc. However, just a glimpse at the revealed artwork shows plenty of risqué scenarios so I suspect the game makers skirt as close as they possibly can to showing such things, and leave it to our imagination to provide the rest.

(for example, this was posted on their twitter page a while back showing some of the guardsman side-characters)

So I assume that things will be kept as NSFW as the team can possibly get way with. ;]

As for whether additional censorship will be necessary when bringing it to a Western market, that’s impossible to know until Google Play and the Apple App Store accept it into those regions. Let’s hope not!
