When we sit in silent contemplation, or mindfulness, the entire Universe opens up to us. You may ask any question of it and you will receive an answer at the level of your understanding. What a wonderful resource to be part of the feedback loop called Life! Literally, all of life is supporting you in every moment if you be still and allow.  The Universe costs nothing and gives everything.
