There Be Pirates!

Well, shiver me timbers! Shiver 'em hard! The new Pirates of the Caribbean film is coming out soon, and one of the characters, played by Penelope Cruz, is pirate Blackbeard's daughter. As some of you may know, I wrote a comic book, The Blackbeard Legacy, about Blackbeard's daughter, for Blueater Productions. Not such an original idea, a famous pirate's daughter, but in my comic book I had her and her mates encounter zombies. Take a look at this trailer and tell me what you see:




Is this a case of the latest zombie craze infiltrating other film genres, or has someone perhaps read my little comic book? Or am I thinking too much?
