"Whims & Vices" is finally published! I started it in 2012 and discovered it when trying to decide what to work on next. It drew me in, and I realized that I wanted to give these characters life. I wanted to know what they'd do and what would happen next. So I let them lead me, and I think a beautiful story emerged. But you can be the judge of that. Be honest but gentle with indie authors. We work so hard for so little sometimes, and we need constructive feedback and lots of encouragement. Thanks to the readers who take the time to do reviews and tell their friends when they find a good book. I appreciate you!

Hi Claire,Very nice to meet another feminist, especially a "younger" feminist! I'm a baby boomer in the US and have been a feminist since the '70s. Ms magazine published a short article called "I Want a Wife" written by a woman in the '70s. That's one of the things that made me think. I hope you like my book. I mention women's rights in it. You may also like my book "The Daughter Claus" which has a stronger, though subtle, feminist message in a humorous book. Good luck with your book and keep writing! Keep in touch.~
