Drink of the Month

It’s possible there are people out there who don’t love grapefruit as much as I do…but honestly, I don’t know what’s wrong with those people!

Did I mention how much I looooooove grapefruit & grapefruit everything on the planet? So this Drink of the Month sounds AMAZING…& I may very well whip up a gallon or two for myself soon.

Grapefruit Cocktail

1 Pink Grapefruit
1 oz. orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier)
3 1/2 oz. vodka

Cut grapefruit in half. Squeeze out juice, discarding any seeds....
