ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) – Sen. Al Franken says proposed Internet traffic rules due for a vote later this month could harm the free flow of information.
Franken spoke about the Federal Communications Commission's draft net neutrality policy on Friday in an interview with The Associated Press. He also sent a letter to the FCC asking for changes.
