Sukarāni asādhūni,
attano ahitāni ca.
Yaṃ ve hitañca sādhuñca,
taṃ ve paramadukkaraṃ.
Easy to do are thingsthat are bad and harmful to oneself.But exceedingly difficult to doare things that are good and beneficial.
