Who Makes the Minimum Wage and Who Earns Less Than the Old Minimum Wage

Lydia DePillis had a short piece in the Post on the workers who currently make the federal minimum wage. This is interesting, but it should not be confused with an analysis of who would be affected by an increase in the minimum wage.
