Matt & Evan from Truth & Tenderness by Tere Michaels
LaQuette: The first time I ventured into gay romance was when I stumbled upon a book blurb about two very macho straight men falling in love. Now, what I found interesting about this plot wasn’t the fact that two burly men were falling in love, but that each of said men identified as straight, but still managed to fall in love anyway.
