Rupert Dreyfus Sounds great. I hope to read Necropolis before the year is out.

Pleased to hear that Rupert. Are you enjoying Post Office?

Rupert Dreyfus It's fantastic so far. Really funny. I've been meaning to read Bukowski for ages so it's great to start from the beginning.

Have you heard of an author called Edward Carey? He wrote a book called Alva and Irva which is about identical twin sisters and their strange relationship. It's good; possibly worth a read given your current project. I may have only given it 3 stars because I thought his debut novel was one of the best things ever written and was then met with disappointment with Alva and Irva. May need to reread it, though.

I hadn't heard of Edward Carey. Will check out Alva and Irva. Thanks for the recommendation Rupert.

Rupert Dreyfus It's well worth a read. His debut novel, Observatory Mansions, is one of my favourite books of all times.
