Chicago detective who was contacted repeatedly by Umperra alleging false charges against me and my family of ‘plotting an assassination’ against her. Also, Umperra alleged at DePaul University (my former employer) where she spoke, calls to the Chicago police and anyone else within her reach that she got a Human Rights award for rescuing my son from a prison.
