Maybe the students could first vote to have the professor examined by the university, and if they find that the professor indeed is not doing their job well enough, that could lead to a hearing. I think it could be a really good idea if one controls for st

I really have done no research on this topic, all I know about it is what the random guy said.

There should always be a route to accountability. But we see that it’s not hard to mobilize a group for purely political reasons and that seems a bad idea to add to the professor/student relationship.

But I am essentially speaking with NO information so I am going to stop until I know more.
