I personally think having students vote on professors to fire is a good idea. We have teachers here who literally cannot teach. And its bad. College wise at least, students shoukd be able to help decide which teachers they pay for.

Sure, but what happens if, say, a bunch of students don’t like a professor’s politics?

I don’t know a thing about this law.  But I would certainly be concerned about organized political backlash damaging qualified professors.
