Dealing with Anger!

If you are seething or feeling rage,

It rises up your pressure and age.


Breathe in and out or take a long walk.

Get a fresh perspective. Do self-talk.


Get the new lesson. Adjust and shift.

You’re less likely to be so miffed.


Count it all joy. Trials make you stronger,

Drop it. Glad it did not last longer!
