Some of the names came from the original draft way back when (and I am super lame, as I don’t remember where I got them…IT WAS LONG AGO AND MY BRAIN IS MUSH), but as for the new ones, I went with names depending on what kind of cultural feel I wanted for each kingdom. For instance, in ICE LIKE FIRE, you’ll meet characters from the kingdom of Ventralli, and they all have Italian-ish names, as the overall cultural feel of Ventralli is very Venetian, Renaissance, etc.
