You Can, You Should, You will
While writing my first Novella “Equating the Equations of Insanity: A Journey from Grief to Victory” the question that knocked my mind the most was “Would I be able to give my audience the best thoughts like most of my favorite authors do?”
I was too much stressed while proofreading my book before the final print.
I was in a dilemma that whether I am ready or not, then from a soft corner of my heart I hear the three magic words “all is well”.
So finally I signed off for final print with some positive inspirations inside.
After a few days I got a call from one of my friend Emily, she is from Boston, USA. She said“I saw the abstract of your book in goodreads.comand I can say it might be dealing with a new psychology of human relationship.” And I am surprised as the abstract says “people commit suicide not because of grief but unsolved lateral equations of insanity.”
I just smiled and said “hope for the best” as I didn’t want to be commercial but focused on the deepest emotions of grief, depressions and insanity; a thought backed by some noble cause.
Readers always asked questions “where do you get such inspirations?” and also asked to refer some books in such direction.
Believe me, my book is not an inspiration for me, but it contains some deadly, hidden truths inside; tested by some years of research. Listening to those characters was really a tough job; followed by deep emotions and tears.
I suppose something is missing here…
Yup… the title of my blog “You Can, You Should, You will” and below is the answer.
This blog is specifically for Emily, as she wanted to know what really inspired me to write such a great work; as she wanted to be a writer too. So here is some tips one can apply for (It may be any goal of your life including writing a bestselling book).
1. Plan: I started with an action plan including who, what, where and when.
2. Do: It’s how you implement the plan in a proper order.
3. Check: You need to check the manuscript again and again for errors.
4. Act: The most crucial step before you sign off.
I will not say anything on the format or style or any psychological tricks for writing. You may get a look of it from a free sample chapter of my book on any e-commerce site like Amazon or Google books.

1. Plan: I started with an action plan including who, what, where and when.
It was quite easy for me to chose these power points as my book was backed by research and I was aware of about whom I was writing, up to what length and the setting; geographical area.
2. Do: It’s how you implement the plan in a proper order.
The first thing I did was the index of my book; from where I got the idea of what to write.
And secondly I decided the time frame for each chapter, so you must be thinking it’s over now, but the major job starts after it.
3. Check: You need to check the manuscript again and again for errors.
I strongly believe that “If you don’t have time for reading you are not a good author.”
4. Act: The most crucial step before you sign off.
Once you have completed the final proofreading you need to act on the errors you spotted in step 3. And I will suggest if possible do take some review from your friends and experts.
