���Lee Ellis has written a gem of a leadership maxim book. Drawing on experiences and methods used during his detention as a POW, he correlates the lessons he learned and displayed in the Hanoi prison with modern day leadership. Those in leadership positions in every corporation (and most definitely the military) need to read this book. Too many “so-called” leaders today don’t live up to the expectations their followers have. If they simply followed Lee’s book, we would see a rapid increase in great leaders everywhere.��� ��� D.
