Doing some writing research and part of the mission was a raw count of books on the main display at a big chain bookstore. I went to a Barnes & Noble in Crystal Lake, Illinois, this weekend, and I took photos of the entire octagon. It’s the first display you see as you walk in.
There was one book I couldn’t identify from the picture, so I didn’t include it. But if you want to believe the lies that women are featured on bookstore displays more than men, you’re in for it.
