2/2 I used to think creative freedom was paramount but now I think that's only true in the external sense. Internally I think there's a lot of other things that're more important when it comes to what you do as a storyteller. What do you think?

I think creative freedom is an excellent place to start from. There’s certainly something to be said for what someone does with restrictions- whether from the outside or self imposed. 

I feel like with art it’s hard to generalize. If not everything should be for everyone then not every circumstance for creating in would be either.  I can say that I like freedom mixed with friction. 

Also, I like this dog.
