She flipped open her makeup case, grabbed a tube of strawberry lip gloss, and rolled the sweet lacquer over her lips. Reaching into her bra, she adjusted the ladies, and then sprinkled body glitter on the mounds of her breasts. She turned her back to her mirror, twisting around to sprinkle more glitter onto both butt cheeks, making sure to accent the curve of her ass.She walked out of the room and into the hall that separated dressing room from the side stage entrance. There, she ran through a series of moves to warm up and loosen her muscles. Years of dance training had taught her how to prepare for a show, but being a pole dancer in a dive strip club was not the Lincoln Center she'd imagined. Her right Achilles tendon complained. Flame is a woman who does what she needs to do to make ends meet. Pole dancing isn't her idea of a job but she has dreams. Ms. Devore writes a compelling tale of a woman who won't give up her dreams. When she meets a man who turns her on, her world flips on its end. I loved how strong Flame was. She's the kind of woman I admire. Peyton is a dream come true. We'd all love a man like him to would do anything to protect and keep us happy.
If you love a story with fabulous characters, a compelling plot and sizzling chemistry, FLESH is for you! I loved it!
