Some loves will last ’til your dying breath

Every choice has consequences—but seventeen-year-old Layla faces tougher choices than most. Light or darkness. Wickedly sexy demon prince Roth, or Zayne, the gorgeous, protective Warden she never thought could be hers. Hardest of all, Layla has to decide which side of herself to trust.

Layla has a new problem, too. A Lilin—the deadliest of demons—has been unleashed, wreaking havoc on those around her…including her best friend. To keep Sam from a fate much, much worse than death, Layla must strike a deal with the enemy while saving her city—and her race—from destruction.

Torn between two worlds and two different boys, Layla has no certainties, least of all survival, especially when an old bargain comes back to haunt them all. But sometimes, when secrets are everywhere and the truth seems unknowable, you have to listen to your heart, pick a side—and then fight like hell…

Danielle I cannot wait for this to come out. I already pre-ordered it! I'm counting down the days! TEAM ROTH! Love me some sexy demon prince!

Miriamne Couldn't agree more!

message 3: by Cassandra (new)

Cassandra Why did the covers have to change! These are worse (in my opinion) ;-;

I kinda agree. They aren't as clean cut. But I guess we shouldn't judge the book by it's cover

Abby Watkins While I love everything written by Jennifer, and I'm sure I'll enjoy this last book... I may cry if she doesn't end up with Roth!!

message 6: by Lori (new)

Lori Dunn I know it's whats on the inside that counts but I am tired of having an entire series and then the publisher changes the last books cover so it doesn't match. really irritates me. Now I either suck it up and have an un-matching set or I buy the whole set over again or download the book covers and cover my other books. Unfortunately I love the original covers better than the new ones. :/

message 7: by Lily (new)

Lily You are killing me right now. Roth, my love, you are awesome!

message 8: by Rachel (new)

Rachel Blahhh. These covers aren't anything special. They look really empty and the font is wimpy. I *haaaaaaate* when cover styles change w/ the last book of a series... what a STUPID cash grab.

All of that being said, still can't wait to finish this series, even though my set of books will be mismatched (and NO, I don't want to print covers out on my home printer).

But you know we do that anyway.so why can't she just keep the covers how they were?

Anika I know this book is definitely worth the wait. Whether I can survive the wait or not is debatable.
*Silently hoping Layla chooses Roth*

Jennifer has nothing to do with the cover change it's all on the publisher. I love the original as well and hate having a mismatched set.
