I've noticed in more than one of your sketchbook posts there's (what appears to be) a guy with (what appears to be) scars that closely resemble those you might have after a mastectomy. Is that the case? Sorry if this is too personal or inappropriate a ques

I do draw some scarred chests. I draw myself with a scar too sometimes (I got a nut removed because of cancer –that they pulled out just under my belly) 

It’s a little captain Harlock or maybe just tied into showing that someone has been through something, either cancer, bad dude war, or changing their body to better fit their mind~-all of that. 

It’s always an attempt to draw people that seem like real people, scars and body hair. I should draw more body types though hmmm. I wanna be Sophie Campbell when I grow up
