Maplewood
It's Friday night, and as soon as the husband gets home from work we're heading out to go Christmas shopping … but before he gets here and I log off for the night, I wanted to take a minute to thank the folks at Maplewood K-8 in Edmonds, for having me out there this afternoon. The faculty was awesome, the kids were fantastic, and I had a hell of a time answering questions about zombies and vampires for 40 minutes, I tell you what.
Holy crap, sometimes I'm so lucky I hardly recognize myself! What a great school, great kids, great people, great afternoon. Thanks again for having me out, and for the bright, warm reception on this cold, dark day.
