I am printing out Packing Slips from all those who ordered a Signed/Number Copy through Pay-Pal from November 2008 through Feb 2009.
If anyone who placed any of these Order's have since moved or changed your mailing address please email me at lsinclair@sinclairpublishingllc.com immediately and give me both your original mailing address and your new mailing address.
