Thankfully, I found this book for free and it was very brief. The problem with that, of course, is that it was too brief to contain any really useful information. I picked it up out of sheer curiosity more than anything. I always wondered how so many people read more than one book in a day. I consider myself a quick reader, usually reading at least 2 books a week when time permits, but I know that there has to be a secret, so thought I would give this book a try.
It read more like an outline like one would get in a college course, with very little actual useful information contained within the pages. It will give you a general overview of methods to improve reading speed, but no real information on how to implement those methods or how to track the improvement. It was a good concept but the execution was seriously lacking.
