So that thing I did with my friends? It’s now free at Amazon U.S., Amazon U.K., Amazon CA, Amazon Australia, and Amazon Germany (and GooglePlay, iBooks, Kobo, B&N, and Smashwords too, and YES those file types will load up onto your Kindle.)
If you BOUGHT this box set, please do me a favor. RETURN IT (instructions how to here). The other authors and I are feeling terrible that some people in some countries have purchased it. We live all over the world, and have fans all over the world, and hate that Amazon selectively made it free in the U.S. and not other countries until we badgered them about it.
