Laura What drives me crazy is back cover quotes about the book from other authors. Trying to remind us that you wrote a book, too? Definitely. And the language they use? Sooo overdone. "This book kept me up all night." "A new voice in Southern fiction." It goes on and on. Start being original, folks! You are authors after all; you should be able to be a bit more creative!
