Mid Week Tease: Secret Projects and a #TartanAffair

Today’s tease is from something I worked on a while ago. I’d forgotten how much I loved the story until I reread it today. I need to get back to what is now simply titled “Photographer” for lack of a fitting story name. Caterina, Cat for short, is an industrial interior designer for a famous developer (think Donald Trump), she’s smart and ruthless but has a few secrets of her own.

The Johnson project became my secret endeavor. It was the only way I could use my knowledge of kink to its fullest without giving away my personal life. During initial planning, I explained Luke’s request for secrecy to my staff. I told them they’d be brought in on a need to know basis. It was plausible. Once other city developers found out what he was planning, there were sure to be copycats. There always were. However, few if any would have the resources to replicate what Luke explained and what I envisioned. Few developers had pockets as deep as Johnson and his seemingly never ending band of merry investors. 

Now I had to convince Luke to keep it under wraps. It wouldn’t be easy considering his love of media attention, but I was a good convincer, especially when I could spin it into dollar signs.
