Is it just me? Am I the only one who finds being a trans woman to be a spiritually exhausting exercise some days?

My friend Brin, who wrote the powerful piece on being trans that I reblogged, has asked me to reblog this amendment. Trans people of color clearly have an entirely different level of societal difficulty thrust upon them and she wanted to acknowledge that that was missing from her original piece.
