Ian Dunlop: The real climate change challenge

Climate Change Minister Greg Combet heads to Mexico next week for what is the United Nation's first major climate change talks since the failed Copenhagen summit. The mood is decidedly less hopeful than a year ago,  and Combet's expectations are low that a global agreement can be reached.


CPD's Ian Dunlop looks beyond the rhetoric in Combet's recent speech to the ANU Crawford School Forum, to consider what Australia, the world's biggest per capita greenhouse gas emitter, needs to do to face the climate challenge.
