The Rhythm Kingdoms are called the “rhythms” because they “cycle through the normal rhythms of nature.” Thus, all four of them experience all four distinct seasons. If you look at the map in SNOW LIKE ASHES, you can see that they’re all more or less along the same longitudinal line in Primoria, so yes, they all have four regular seasons.

The one exception: Paisly, which is the only Rhythm that is far north, in the Paisel Mountains. And while they still have four distinct seasons, the differences between their seasons are less drastic than, say, Cordell’s would be, as their higher altitude keeps them in a cooler climate.
