Hey Everyone,
This time I am doing a two-part blog, both centered around the first two Shannara books (Sword & Elfstones) and the TV show. Let’s Just call these two blogs Thing One and Thing Two.

I didn't even know that there was a TV show! It's been many years since I've read the Shannara books but I remember that I loved them and I am excited to see the show!

The Shannara series gave me many happy hours. I think I recommended them to everyone I knew. Will definitely look out for the broadcast.
Cool that Manu Bennett is playing Allanon. Allanon is probably about the coolest character in the history of Fantasy literature and Manu Bennett is a great actor. I think he'll do a great job in the role.
I agree with your reasoning there! I look forward to the TV series. Granted I haven't read Elfstones in years, now I think I will have to brush up on my Shannara! :)
