It started 5 years ago with the novel 2Promises; since then 2Promises Publishing House and Phil Armstrong have published 4 novels and 3 short stories. Phil Armstrong has attracted a loyal following worldwide with readers in over 40 countries. The novel 2Promises starts in the Victorian village of Haworth, West Yorkshire in the north of England (Haworth Main St. is shown in the picture above).
