I’LL HAVE ANOTHER! I just finished Saga Volume Two, and I’m about to purchase Volume Three. I reviewed Saga Vol. One a few days ago. I liked the art, and in general liked the story, but felt there were a couple things in the plot that didn’t make sense. Well I understand why one of those things happened now, and am pretty sure I know why the second one happened, so my one quibble with the comic is no more. I read the Volume Two and I liked it even more. Maybe because I know the characters more. Maybe it was just nice to see more of the main couple’s backstory.

The themes of life, death, friendship and parenthood are all going here. With life comes sex, and with death comes violence. It’s definitely NOT a children’s book. It is incredibly imaginative, and I like the mix of magic and science. I’m buying Volume Three right now.
