I’m celebrating all things Irish this month! What better way to start off this month than with this hearty soup. Of course, it has some of my favorite ingredients: cheddar, onions, garlic, and the most important of all…Guinness!
I only use the best Irish cheddar, too. Serve with warm sourdough bread and you’ve got the perfect meal. Slainte!
