Charcoal Audrey Mutant

I recently discovered Craftsy and saw a free class Draw Better Portraits by Gary Faigin. I've never worked with charcoal before and Faigin made it look so easy that I thought I'd give it a shot. (I happened to have some lasting around from a birthday present)

Though the results are not photographic perfection, I'm happy with them. I like to think of it as Audrey Hepburn filtered through Tim Burton's head.
