Trying to Give up or Reduce Coffee Intake?

Have I got a treat for you!

I've seen Dandy Blend recommended as a caffeine free coffee substitute over the years but completely ignored it. I mean, I've tasted dandelion root and it's pretty bitter. Not exactly what I want to sip on a cold winter's morning.

Since I have low thyroid and adrenal function, I've worked hard to clean up my diet, but I've stubbornly refused to completely give up coffee. (Which is funny because I only started drinking it in the last seven years or so. I didn't like it at all before that.) Anyway, deciding that cutting out caffeine is something I really need to try to improve my health, I broke down and ordered a bag of Dandy Blend from iHerb. And you know what? It's one of the best decisions I've made.

It tastes great, is actually supposed to be healthy for you rather than unhealthy and it seems to be very reasonably priced when you consider you only need a teaspoon of the product per cup. (Well, I use a rounded teaspoon, but still ...)

Today, since it's icy and cold out I decided to go ahead and make a pot of coffee for a treat. Yuck! (Well, maybe not quite yuck ; >) but I missed my Dandy Blend!)

If you want or need to give up coffee,  I highly recommend Dandy Blend. You might not like it more than coffee, but then again, you might!

Let me know what you think!

I ordered it here:
