We're Hiring A Videographer!

Videographer Needed –Portland, OR immediate need for one short video (shot and edited to final cut)
Kelly Rae Roberts is an artist, author, and possibilitarian. Her artwork can be found worldwide on all kinds of uplifting home decor, gift, and stationery products. Through her art, writing, workshops and e-courses, she inspires others to dream and take flight, celebrating the collective journey of our messy, complicated, yet deeply beautiful lives.
Kelly Rae’s business and brand are expanding in wonderful new directions. She’s building a roster of like-minded professionals in Portland, Oregon—folks she can call upon as needed to support this exciting growth—and has an immediate need for a videographer with a fun, spontaneous documentary style. (You might like to watch the video piece below on Kelly Rae’s site to get a general sense of the style we’re after, though we’d like the new piece to be primarily video rather than primarily stills.)

Are you gifted behind a video camera and with video editing software. Do you enjoy developing playful, lively, colorful video shorts in collaboration with other creative professionals? If so, we’d love to hear from you a.s.a.p.!
Working directly with Kelly Rae Roberts, our videographer will:·      Shoot footage of Kelly Rae (and 1-2 friends) in her beautiful Portland studio and its surrounding environment (estimated shooting time 2-3 hours).·      Source and recommend royalty-free music to accompany finished video (one track should be sufficient).·      Communicate with our team’s graphic designer to specify size and format for any needed graphic assets.·      Edit the resulting footage, music and graphics to a one-to-two minute long video which will be used to promote an upcoming Kelly Rae Roberts e-course.·      Respond to Kelly Rae’s feedback to take the edited video to final approved cut, which is needed no later than Wednesday March 18, 2015.
Our budget for this video project is $300-500. Kelly Rae Roberts LLC will require exclusive rights in the resulting video (though our videographer will, of course, be able to include the video in his/her reel and portfolio to demonstrate style and clientele).
