Maureen Owen, from HEARTS IN SPACE (Kulchur Foundation, 1980). Julia says that the 2 of swords (which she reads into this poem via indecision, so which is here also the V, and also the 5) was the card Spicer gave to Helen Adam and that, she reported to Susan Howe, was a spot on characterization of her entire life.
